IPL 2025 Closing Ceremony: A Salute to Indian Armed Forces

The IPL 2025 closing ceremony will be special. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has planned a unique event. It will honor the Indian armed forces. The ceremony will happen before the final match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on June 3.
Who Will Be There?
The BCCI has invited some important guests. These include:
- Chief of Defence Staff
- Chief of Army Staff
- Chief of Navy Staff
- Chief of Air Staff
You can expect amazing performances. Military bands will play. There will also be a musical ceremony.
A Meaningful Tribute
BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia shared why this is important. He said, “We salute the bravery and service of our armed forces. Their work in Operation Sindoor protects and inspires us all. We want to honor them with this ceremony.”
Saikia also added, “Cricket is loved by many. But our country comes first. The safety and unity of our nation are most important.”
