Government Boosts Local Dairy with New Infrastructure
Chhapra: The state government is making a big move. They are giving land to COMFED. This is to build new milk parlours in Saran district. The aim is to boost local dairy infrastructure.

Right now, three milk parlours are open in Chhapra. You can visit them at:
- Gate No. 4 of the Collectorate
- Saran Library
- Near Sadar Hospital
Plus, milk parlours are ready in 14 blocks. More are coming soon.
What’s Next
The district administration is working on more land. They plan to build in these blocks:
- Ekma
- Garkha
- Revilganj
