Trent is currently trading above the 20 Daily Moving average (5095) and has broken a small consolidation on the upside. The momentum indicator has also given a fresh positive crossover above the zero line. Following a correction from its peak of 7493 to the lows of 4715, the stock is anticipated to bounce back to the 40 DMA (5350). Key support levels are at 5000 and 4960, while resistance levels are at 5300 and 5350.
Bharat Forge – Buy Recommendation
- Buy between Rs 1065 and Rs 1085
- Stop Loss: Rs 1032
- Target: Rs 1300
Bharat Forge has formed a small inverted head and shoulder pattern while trading above the 20 Hourly Moving average (1064). The momentum indicator has also given a fresh positive crossover below the zero line. After correcting from its peak of 1084.50 to the lows of 1002, the stock is expected to bounce back for a 38% retracement (1308). Key support levels are at 1064 and 1032, while resistance levels are at 1099 and 1200.
