Teachers Encouraged to Respond to CM’s Empathy and Return to Schools

Education Minister’s Plea

State Education Minister Bratya Basu has urged the affected teachers to reciprocate the empathy shown by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and return to their schools. Basu emphasized that the CM is approaching this matter from a humanitarian standpoint and has pledged her support.

Legal Review of Departmental Role

  • Basu mentioned that they are legally examining the departmental role concerning the issue of qualified but unemployed SSC candidates.
  • He added that the CM’s words should be taken as final and everyone should attend school and respond accordingly.

Teachers’ Absence from School

In response to the issue of many teachers not attending school, Basu expressed his solidarity and encouraged everyone to attend school and respond. He assured that legal assistance will be provided in every possible way and that support will continue if they respond.

Incident at Kamala Girls’ School

Regarding reports of a teacher being denied entry at Kamala Girls’ School, Basu believed that there should be no politics involved in this matter and that the local authority should adhere to the SC’s verdict. He stated that this incident was unintentional.

Madhyamik and HS Results

Basu assured that there will be no delay in the release of the Madhyamik and HS results. He has communicated with board members and hopes that they will announce the result dates soon.
