Yogi Adityanath’s Response

In an exclusive interview with PTI, UP CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized that 66 crore devotees attended the Maha Kumbh without any incidents of violence, harassment, or disorder. He praised the discipline of Hindus and said that festivals and celebrations should not be used for causing trouble.

Security Measures for Eid and Ram Navami Celebrations

Previously, the UP police implemented extensive security measures for Eid and Ram Navami celebrations. DGP Prashant Kumar led a detailed review meeting with senior state officials.
