On Monday (March 31) at Mumbai’s Wankhede stadium, Hardik Pandya’s Mumbai Indians (MI) overpowered Ajinkya Rahane’s Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 8 wickets. MI swiftly achieved the target of 117 runs in just 12.5 overs.
This win boosted MI to the sixth spot in the IPL 2025 Points table, thanks to an improved Net Run Rate (NRR). Meanwhile, KKR dropped to the last position.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) lead the IPL 2025 points table with two wins and a strong NRR of +2.266. Delhi Capitals (DC) follow closely with four points. Lucknow Super Giants, Gujarat Titans, and Punjab Kings hold the next spots with two points each.
MI moved up to the sixth rank with a positive NRR of 0.309, while KKR fell to the 10th position with an NRR of -1.428.
